Thin corduroy from Japanese Hokkoh in 21 wale (21 ridges per inch) with a printed floral pattern on an off white background. A thinner corduroy that is well suited for dresses, shirts and children's clothing. Hokkoh's pattern prints are seasonal and limited edition.
