Void Sweater, PDF Sewing Pattern
The Void Sweater is an oversized, drop shoulder sweater with wide sleeves and a crew neck. The sweater is very beginner friendly, and if you're more advanced, the pattern is a perfect starting point for experimentation!
The sweater can be sewn in both lightweight t-shirt jersey and thicker terry or fleece. You can even sew it in woven fabrics if you want to turn it into a blouse!
The Void Sweater is unisex and fits sizes XS-4XL, equivalent to a chest measurement of 75-140 cm. The pattern can be cropped or extended at the hem and can be made long-sleeved or short-sleeved.
Both models are pictured in size 2. Solveig is 168 cm tall and has a 90 cm chest measurement. Kenneth is 182 cm tall and has a 99 cm chest measurement.
Materials
Suitable fabrics are knitted fabrics such as jersey, interlock, terry and fleece.
The Void Sweater can also be made in lightweight, woven fabrics if you want a more blousey version!
For a standard length Void Sweater you will need approximately 1.7 meters | 1.86 yards of fabric with a width of 1.10 meters | 43 inches.
