Prices and payment
All prices on the website are stated in NOK, Norwegian kroner, and include VAT*.
Payments can be made with Vipps, PayPal, credit card via Stripe or with Klarna. All payments must be settled for orders to be processed. We do not offer partial payments.

Shipping and returns
You can choose between the following services from Posten;
Package home in the mailbox NOK 89
Package to a pickup location of your choice NOK 129,-
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri).
If the order contains made-to-order items, the order will be sent in two or more installments depending on when the ordered item(s) are in stock. You will only be charged for shipping for the first shipment, split orders with made-to-order items will be shipped free of charge.
Packages that are not picked up and are returned to us will be charged.
If you wish to return an order, please contact us within 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal. Returns must be in new condition, with no signs of use. You will get the entire order amount refunded, excluding shipping.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of goods by the metre, as this is considered manufactured goods. Therefore, please order samples in advance so that you are sure that the textiles live up to expectations, as images on the website can be perceived differently from screen to screen.
Complaints
In the event of a complaint, we would like you to contact us as soon as possible – hei@indigoindigo.no.
If there is a defect in the goods, you must notify us within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered. The buyer has always made a complaint in time if this occurs within 2 months from the defect being discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than two years after the buyer took over the goods. If the goods or parts of them are intended to last significantly longer than two years, the complaint period is five years.
If the goods have a defect and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer's side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, Chapter 6, depending on the circumstances withhold the purchase price, choose between correction and redelivery, demand price reduction, demand the agreement be terminated and/or demand replacement from the seller.
International purchases
International purchases will be excluded local Norwegian VAT. The shipment will be cleared through customs and you will pay your local VAT for the item(s) upon receipt. We are not responsible for import duties, please check with your country for the rules and amounts that apply.

Conflict resolution
Any complaints must be addressed to us within a reasonable time, then we will try to resolve any conflicts together. If this is not successful, you can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on 23 400 500 or www.forburkerradet.no.
